Helmeted head of Athena Parthenos right / Owl standing right, head facing, on amphora; magistrates' names in fields, MH to lower left, trident to right; all within wreath. CRETE, Knossos. 2nd-1st century BC. Æ (27mm, 11.81 g, 12h). Kydas, magistrate. Laureate head of Zeus right; half of thunderbolt before chin / Eagle, with open wings, standing right. Svoronos, Numismatique 142; Joy 479–80; SNG Copenhagen 388. Rough dark green-brown patina, some smoothing, slightly off center, flan preparation marks and area of weak strike on reverse. VF. Rare.
PONTOS, Amisos. Circa 300-125 BC. AR Triobol – Hemidrachm (12.5mm, 1.76 g, 12h). Demetrios, magistrate. Turreted head of Hera right / Owl standing facing, wings spread, on shield; ΔH-MH/TPIOY in two lines across field below. Malloy 10d; RG 11a; HGC 7, 234. Lightly toned, some die wear. Good VF.
PONTOS, Gaziura. Circa 95-90 BC. Æ (27mm, 19.63 g, 12h). Time of Mithradates VI. Laureate head of Zeus right / Eagle, with spread wings, standing left, head right, on thunderbolt. RG 5; HGC 7, 265. Glossy dark brown surfaces, trace deposits, smoothed, flan flaw on obverse. Near VF. Rare.
PAPHLAGONIA, Sesamos. Circa 360-330 BC. Æ (15mm, 3.59 g, 12h). Laureate head of Zeus left / Wreathed head of Demeter left. RG 2; HGC 7, 379. Dark brown surfaces, with patches of green encrustation, pitting. Good VF. Rare.
MYSIA, Lampsakos. Circa 500-450 BC. EL Stater (20mm, 15.31 g). Forepart of Pegasos left; grapevine around / Quadripartite incuse square. Baldwin, Electrum, Period I, Group II, 12; SNG BN 1111; SNG von Aulock 1292 var. (monogram below Pegasos); Boston MFA 1582. Minor edge splits, tooled on obverse. VF.
MYSIA, Parion. 4th century BC. AR Hemidrachm (13mm, 2.33 g, 11h). Bull standing left, head right; star below / Gorgoneion. SNG BN 1368–70. Toned, a little off center on obverse. Good VF.
KINGS of PERGAMON. Philetairos. 282-263 BC. AR Tetradrachm (30mm, 16.89 g, 12h). Pergamon mint. Struck circa 269/8-263 BC. Diademed head right / Athena enthroned left, holding shield in right hand, left elbow resting on sphinx seated right; spear diagonally in background, ivy leaf to inner left, bow to outer right, monogram on throne. Westermark Group II, dies V.VIII/R.– (Eumenes I; unlisted rev. die); SNG BN 1603. Light scrapes and scratches. Good VF. High relief portrait.

AEOLIS, Tisna. 4th-3rd centuries BC. Æ (11mm, 1.40 g, 5h). Head of the river god Tisnaios left / One-handed cup. Cf. SNG Arikantürk 2, 576–9 (larger denomination); AMC 4965. Dark green patina, minor deposits. Near EF. Very rare small denomination for issue, missing from published collections.
LESBOS, Mytilene. Circa 350-250 BC. AR Hemidrachm (14mm, 2.72 g, 1h). Laureate head of Apollo right / Kithara, fillet hanging from right side, within linear square.
