Wreathed head of Persephone left / Ajax, nude but for crested Corinthian helmet, holding sword and shield decorated with lion, advancing right on rocks; helmet and spear below. H&D Group 19, 136 (O13A/R49); BCD Lokris 63 (same dies); HGC 4, 990; BMC 22 (same dies); Boston MFA 957 (same dies); McClean 5429 (same dies). Lightly toned, slightly off center on obverse, some light scratches. Good VF.
