Köln 257; Dattari (Savio) 336 = RPC I 5364.1 (this coin, illustrated); K&G 18.13; Emmett 189.1 (R4). Red-brown patina, light porosity, scratches, edge splits. VF. Extremely rare, one of only four recorded in RPC. Rare denomination for Otho.
