Phoenician galley left; B (in Phoenician) above, waves below / Persian king and driver in chariot left; to right, king of Sidon, in Egyptian style garments, holding cultic scepter and votive vase, walking left. Deity, holding reins and bow, riding hippocamp right; two lines of waves below, dolphin right in exergue / Owl standing right, head facing; crook and flail in background. For prototype: cf.
