EASTERN EUROPE, Imitations of Alexander III of Macedon. Late 4th-early 3rd centuries BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 4.01 g, 1h). Imitating an issue of Chios struck circa 290-275 BC. Mint in the lower Danube region. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion's skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, monogram over bunch of grapes; monogram below throne. For prototype, cf.
