ANTONINVS AVGVSTVS PIVS, laureate bust right, wearing aegis / P P TR P COS III, S C in exergue, Aeneas, wearing short tunic and cloak, advancing right, carrying Anchises on left shoulder and leading Ascanius by right hand: Anchises is veiled and draped and holds box in left hand, Ascanius wears Phrygian cap and holds pedum in left hand.
