Æ Tetradrachm (30mm, 14.43 g, 12h). wrwdh mlk' in Parthian, diademed bust facing, wearing Parthian-style tiara decorated with star and pellet-in-crescent; to right, pellet-in-crescent above anchor with two crossbars / Eagle standing left with wings displayed; four crescents around. van't Haaf –, but cf. 14.2 (Phraates; drachm); Zeno –, but cf. 303456 (Orodes II; for obv.). Brown surfaces, areas of double strike. VF. Extremely rare, none in CoinArchives.
