BITHYNIA, Kalchedon. Circa 210-195 BC. AR Tetradrachm (34mm, 16.98 g, 1h). In the name and types of Lysimachos of Thrace. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; ΞE to inner left; in exergue, grain ear left and KAΛX. Marinescu –; Türkoğlu L02c; HGC 7, 528. Light marks, some die wear on obverse, minor edge chips. VF. Very rare issue, missing from Marinescu.

Diademed head right / Artemis-Bendis seated left on rock, holding two spears; Macedonian shield set on ground below; monogram to left. EHC –; HGC 7, 609. Brown surfaces, cleaning scratches, some hard green deposits on obverse and at edge. Good Fine. Rare.
