St. Mark standing right, presenting long cross to Doge kneeling left on pillow / Christ standing facing, raising hand in benediction and holding Gospels, surrounded by mandorla containing sixteen stars. CNI VIII 62; Papadopoli 2; Paolucci 8; KM 791; Friedberg 1439. Evidence of having been placed in a bezel, scattered light scratches. EF. Very rare.
