Good VF, lightly toned, flat strike on aegis, a little off center on reverse.

KINGS of PERSIS. Vādfradād (Autophradates) IV. 1st century BC. AR Hemidrachm (14mm, 1.69 g, 12h). Istakhr (Persepolis) mint. Diademed bust right; [crescent above] / Fire temple surmounted by Ahura-Mazda; to left, king standing right; to right, column surmounted by eagle standing left. K&M 4/2; Alram 562; Sunrise 587. Good VF, toned, encrustation on reverse.
BAKTRIA, Local issues. Circa 295/3-285/3 BC. AR Obol (10mm, 0.72 g, 10h). Local standard. Uncertain mint in the Oxus region. Kalathos / Double bodied owl with single facing head. Cf. SMAK p. 70 (for chronology); Bopearachchi, Sophytes 10 = SNG ANS 11 = HGC 12, 13; CNG 100, lot 1630. Good Fine, find patina.
BAKTRIA, Greco-Baktrian Kingdom. Demetrios I Aniketos. Circa 200-185 BC. Æ Trichalkon (29mm, 12.21 g, 12h). Head of elephant right, bell around neck / Kerykeion (caduceus); monogram to lower left. Bopearachchi 5E; HGC 12, 67. Good VF, brown patina, green deposits on reverse, no smoothing.
BAKTRIA, Greco-Baktrian Kingdom. Eukratides I Megas. Circa 170-145 BC. AR Obol (12mm, 0.68 g, 1h). Attic standard. Diademed and draped bust right / Piloi of the Dioskouri with palm fronds; monogram to lower left. Bopearachchi 3B; HGC 12, 138. VF, minor porosity.

Diademed and draped bust right, wearing crested helmet adorned with bull's horn and ear / The Dioskouroi on horses rearing right, holding palm fronds and lances; monogram to lower right. Diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right, wearing crested helmet covered with pelt of scales and adorned with head of wing / Athena Alkidemos advancing left; monogram to right.
