Head of hero (Alexander or Seleukos?) right, wearing helmet covered with panther skin and adorned with the ear and horns of a bull / Nike standing right, placing wreath on trophy; facing head of Sol in lower middle field, monogram to lower right. For prototype: cf. SC 173.16; cf. HGC 9, 20. Lightly toned, die break on reverse. VF. Very rare.
SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos I Soter. 281-261 BC. AR Tetradrachm (28.5mm, 17.18 g, 6h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Diademed head right / Apollo, testing two arrows and placing hand on grounded bow, seated left on omphalos; monograms to outer left and outer right. SC 378.3; HGC 9, 128g. Toned, a little die wear. Good VF.
SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos III ‘the Great’. 222-187 BC. AR Tetradrachm (29mm, 16.55 g, 12h). Antioch on the Orontes mint. Series 3, circa 204-197 BC. Diademed head right (Type Cii) / Apollo, testing arrow and placing hand on grounded bow, seated left on omphalos; bow in bowcase to outer left. SC 1044.5a; Le Rider, Antioche 168–73 (obv. die A14); HGC 9, 447u. Iridescent tone, light porosity, flan flaw on reverse. Good VF.
SELEUKID EMPIRE. Demetrios I Soter. 162-150 BC. AR Tetradrachm (31mm, 16.97 g, 1h). Antioch on the Orontes mint. Dated SE 158 (155/4 BC). Diademed head right within wreath / Tyche, holding scepter and cornucopia, seated left on throne supported by tritoness right; two monograms to outer left, HNP (date) in exergue. SC 1641.3c; HGC 9, 798; DCA2 48. Toned, a little off center, tiny mark in field on reverse. Good VF.

Diademed head right; below chin, head of horse(?) right / Apollo, testing arrow and placing hand on grounded bow, seated left on omphalos. SC 1736.5; HGC 9, 803a. Lightly toned, light roughness. VF. Very rare.
SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos VI Dionysos. 144-142 BC. AR Tetradrachm (31mm, 16.10 g, 12h). Antioch on the Orontes mint. Dated SE 170 (143/2 BC). Radiate and diademed head right / The Dioskouroi, holding reins and couched lances, on horses rearing left; to right, TPY above monogram above ΣTA; OP (date) below; all within wreath of laurel, ivy, roses, and grain ears. SC 2000.3b; HGC 9, 1032; DCA2 118. Minor flan crack. Good VF.
SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos VI Dionysos. 144-142 BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 4.04 g, 12h). Antioch on the Orontes mint. Uncertain date. Radiate and diademed head right / Apollo, testing arrow and resting hand on bow, seated left on omphalos; monogram between Apollo’s feet, [date] and ΣTA in exergue. Cf. SC 2002.1d and 2c; HGC 9, 1036a; DCA2 122. Lightly toned, typical hairline flan crack. Good VF.
