The wreath on the reverse of this pattern is not the normal laurel or oak wreath, but rather appears to be made of a brugmansia, also known as the ‘angel’s trumpet’ due to its distinct trumpet-shaped flowers. The brugmansia, native to South American, is among the most toxic ornamental plants. Description
