IMP CAR[AVSIVS P F] AV, laureate and draped bust right / EXPECTATE VENI, Britannia, draped, standing right, holding standard in left hand and clasping right hands with Carausius, wearing military attire and holding spear in left hand, standing left; RSR. RIC V.5 68 (forthcoming); RIC V 555; RSC 37; Shiel p. 105, 35. Toned, a few minor old marks and scratches under tone, die shift on obverse. Good VF. Very rare. Eleven examples noted in RIC V.5. The die shift causing the middle portion of the obverse legend to be somewhat blundered.
