Taifas. Hammundids. s/d. Muhammad Ibn Idris. Madinat al Andalus. Dirhem. (V. 858) (Prieto "Suplemento" 62, same example) (Ariza Mu3.6). In this coin, "Madinat al Andalus" should be understood as "Malaga", as indicated in the "Suplemento" to Prieto, Vives considered it as "uncertain mint" because he could only read "Madinat". 2,85 g. MBC-.

Aureo & Calicó, S.L. - Auction 427 . 264
Taifas. Fas, after the Cordoba revolution. AH 410. Mu'izz Ibn Ziri, in the name of ¿Mansur?. ¿Madinat Fas?. Dirhem. (Prieto "Suplemento" 76, same example). Rev.: C?RÅz. If the mint is really Fas, "Mansur" could be the laqab adopted by Al-Mu'izz. Almudena Ariza, on the other hand, believes that it could be Muansar ibn Muiz, and that his coin recognizing Imam 'Abd Allah could be indicative of a rebellion against the authority of his cousin al-Mu'iz ibn Ziri (quoted by David Francés and Federico Benito in MANQUSO 13, page 171). The early use of the generic term 'Abd Allah as Imam is specially interesting in this coin, since it's a probable symbolic reference to the Abbasid Caliphate. Rare. 5 g. MBC.
Aureo & Calicó, S.L. - Auction 427 . 265
Taifas. Fas, after the Cordoba revolution. ¿AH 41(-) or 42(-)?. Dunas ibn Hamama. Madinat Fas. Dirhem. Tentative attribution, Abu al-Attaf Dunas succeeded his father, Hammama, in 431 AH, so if the date is read correctly, this dirhem could not have been coined by him. Carelessly struck, only the mint seems to be clear. 2,23 g. MBC+.
Aureo & Calicó, S.L. - Auction 427 . 266
Taifas. Fas, after the Cordoba revolution. AH (45)7. Mu'ansar ibn al-Mu'izz. Coinage in Fez after the Cordoba revolution. Fragment of dirhem. In MANQUSO 13, David Francés suggests attributing this piece to Mu'ansar ibn al-Mu'izz ibn Ziri ibn Atiyya, in an attempt to rule Fez upon the death of his father in AH 417, in which case the recognition of Yahya as Caliph would not be anachronistic, and the date should read (41)7; but the chronicles indicate that the legitimate heir was his cousin Hammama, and it seems unlikely that this Mu'ansar son of al-Mu'izz could ever mint coins. In any case, it is an extremely interesting piece. 1,90 g. (MBC+).
Aureo & Calicó, S.L. - Auction 427 . 267
Taifas. Fas, after the Cordoba revolution. Dirhem. In MANQUSO 13, page 187, David Francés proposes "Mu'ansar" as the reading of the 3rd line of the obverse. This son of al-Mu'izz, according to the chronicles, never ruled. Unidentified coin of the period. The 1st line of the reverse perhaps bi-Allah Yathiq? Second line al-Mu'izz? Very careless mintage. 2,80 g. MBC.
